Online retailers know that you have other options available, and you aren’t going to wait for a slow-loading screen when other stores’ pages are faster. Once you narrow down your choices of cheap womens clothes to the type and price range you want, it’s time to get really finicky.

Compare prices, colours and styles. Find the design and scheme you want and determine size availability. When you think you’re ready to order, wait a moment—really.

What if the shade doesn’t match as well as you thought it would? What if it doesn’t fit the way the size normally does? What kind of recourse, if any, do you actually have? Can you return the item and receive a full purchase price refund? Are there restrictions and qualifications that must be met first?

Read carefully that online merchant’s return policy. For clearance or sale items, often the clothing cannot be returned: Sales are final.

Some policies prohibit returns if the item’s been worn: No returns of worn clothing, even if you just checked for fit.

Don’t rush to dissatisfaction. The extra few moments to read sales requirements is worth more than the actual time it takes.
